This is more a debate trick than logical fallacy.
Q: "Do you think taxes are too high - yes or no?"
When
you encounter such a question, you should refuse to try an offer a
simplistic answer because you are only likely to run into trouble.
Instead, you should insist that the discussion start out more simply.
A: "That depends upon which taxes we are talking about."
